RabbitMQ-server
RabbitMQ and RMON 1.4
RMON 1.4 no longer uses RabbitMQ for browser notifications. The old broker connection settings and RMON Socket service have been removed. This page remains available for links from earlier versions.
Existing installations
A RabbitMQ broker is not required for RMON notification delivery. Configure notification channels and verify a failure and recovery after updating. Before retiring a broker previously used for alerts, check whether other applications still depend on it.
Monitor a RabbitMQ service
RabbitMQ monitoring checks remain available. Use that guide to check your broker from selected agents and alert through the check's configured notification channels.
