Admin area
Administration follows the active group
Open Admin area from the main menu. It brings user access, server connections and installation settings together. Your role in the active group determines which tabs and actions you can use.
Before editing a team's resources, open your username at the top right, choose Current group and save. See groups and roles for membership and shared resources.
Find the right tab

superAdmin
A superAdmin manages the installation and access across groups. In Tools, use the available Start, Stop and Restart actions for services managed by RMON. A service marked Managed externally must be managed on its own host; its status is unavailable in that table.
Version unknown means RMON could not determine a version. Check the service on its host and use logs and diagnosis to investigate. Review the deployment-specific update instructions before changing versions.
Group administration
A group admin manages the users, resources and settings permitted in the active group. Editors manage monitoring checks, and guests view monitoring information available to their group. The Admin area menu is available to admin and superAdmin accounts.
